3pattiok Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using the 3pattiok platform at 3pattiok.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all players who use any feature of the 3pattiok website, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, promotional features, and the referral programme.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not register or continue to use the 3pattiok platform. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms will be treated as acceptance of the updated version.

3pattiok reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform or by email. The date of last update is always displayed at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an account on 3pattiok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of registering and using the platform.
• You are registering solely for your own personal use, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a 3pattiok employee or contractor.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 3pattiok or any platform operated under the same licence.

By completing the registration form on 3pattiok, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. 3pattiok may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or location at any point. This verification process may include submission of a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identity document.

Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 3pattiok. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with them may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3pattiok account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility unless you have notified 3pattiok in writing that your account credentials have been compromised.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must:

1. Change your password immediately.
2. Contact 3pattiok support via live chat or email at support@3pattiok.im as soon as possible.
3. Provide as much detail as possible about the suspected unauthorised activity.

3pattiok will investigate and take appropriate action. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to adequately secure their credentials or has shared them with a third party.

Your account is for personal use only. You may not use your 3pattiok account for any commercial purpose, including facilitating betting on behalf of others or operating any form of betting service using our platform.

All financial transactions on 3pattiok are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not conduct transactions in any foreign currency.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 3pattiok is Rs 200. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits via mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically processed instantly. Deposits via bank IBFT may take up to 4 hours on business days.

3pattiok does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control and responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. In cases where this is not possible, 3pattiok will contact the player to agree on an alternative method.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: 15–30 minutes
• NayaPay / SadaPay: under 10 minutes
• Bank IBFT: 2–4 hours on business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days

3pattiok reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.

3pattiok offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• All bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified 3pattiok account, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance. Real money in your account is used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless the bonus terms for a specific promotion state otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting, unless stated otherwise. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• 3pattiok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to remove bonus funds from accounts where abuse or misuse of the bonus system is detected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times — is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3pattiok is the final arbiter on all matters relating to bonus eligibility, wagering calculation, and bonus abuse. Decisions made by 3pattiok in this regard are final.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 3pattiok across all game categories — casino games, virtual sports, esports, and any other betting markets available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 3pattiok does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of verified technical error by the platform.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. The minimum bet on most 3pattiok games is Rs 10 per round or event. Maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by player account status.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnections, display errors, or software faults — the round will be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. If the round completed successfully at the server level, the server result will be treated as final.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents, will be voided and the relevant amount forfeited.
• Virtual sports results on 3pattiok are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. These results cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player or third party.

3pattiok is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion between players in table games, tournaments, or any game format where player competition is involved.
• Exploitation of software bugs or glitches to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will not be considered valid.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback through your payment provider after depositing and using funds on 3pattiok is considered fraudulent activity. 3pattiok will contest all chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels.
• Money laundering — using 3pattiok to process, layer, or conceal funds obtained through illegal activity. 3pattiok complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Identity fraud — registering with false personal details, using another person's payment method, or submitting fraudulent verification documents.

3pattiok employs fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual betting patterns and account behaviour. Players whose accounts trigger these systems may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. 3pattiok will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

3pattiok collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

The data 3pattiok collects includes your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment method details, and betting history. This data is used to manage your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the 3pattiok platform. It is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

3pattiok takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a comprehensive set of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players from their account dashboard at any time and include:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limits apply immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 3pattiok. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your 3pattiok account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any real cash balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. Bonus funds remaining at closure are forfeited.

Closure or Suspension by 3pattiok: 3pattiok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Suspected underage gambling
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward 3pattiok staff
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Duplicate account detection

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 3pattiok may forfeit the balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons, 3pattiok will make reasonable efforts to return any legitimate real cash balance after investigation.

3pattiok provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous availability, freedom from technical errors, or uninterrupted access at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3pattiok shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or any financial loss arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes that have been rectified
• Loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to secure your credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the 3pattiok platform
• Decisions made by players in relation to their betting activity and any losses incurred as a result

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3pattiok may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via platform notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required by legal or regulatory changes — may be made without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect when these terms were last updated.

Continuing to use the 3pattiok platform after a change to these Terms and Conditions is effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any change, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
